- The right, where there is a dispute in relation to the accuracy or processing of your personal data, to request a restriction is placed on further processing;

Further processing
If we or our associated companies wish to use your personal data for a new purpose, not covered by this Privacy Policy, then we will provide you with a new notice explaining this new use prior to commencing the processing and setting out the relevant purposes and processing conditions. Where and whenever necessary, we will seek your prior consent to the new processing.
Due to the innovative nature of Lead Social Limited, in the future we or our data processors may have other products that may be of interest to you.
You can opt out of this service by emailing us at info@claimpcp.uk. You are entitled to cancel your claim with no obligation within 14 days of our solicitors sending you their relevant documents by contacting our solicitors directly. After the initial 14 days you can still terminate your contract with our solicitors who will advise if there are any possible charges to you if they have already won your claim.
